USING FRYAWAY FOR ANIMAL FATS? A little goes a long way! If using FryAway to solidify animal fats, like bacon grease start with HALF the amount of recommended product.
DID THE OIL SOLIDIFY TOO MUCH? Too much product was used for the amount of oil. Reheat the pan to soften the bottom layer and loosen the solid oil from the pan so it can be easily removed.
OIL DIDN’T SOLIDIFY? 1) The oil wasn’t hot enough 2) the product wasn’t fully dissolved in the oil 3) not enough product was added for the amount of oil in the pan
